Hey-yo!! It’s Friday! I hope you’ve had as much fun with the Christmas Spectacular this week as we have and that you’ve found some inspiration for your Holiday! I know I have. I have one more super quick, super easy project: a Simple DIY Boxwood Wreath, and then we’re turning it over to you to keep the Holiday inspiration rolling!
Boxwood and cedar garlands. My two very favorite things about the Holidays. Okay, okay, who am I kidding? It’s all my favorite, but I really, really love boxwood wreaths. In fact, I love them so much that I planted some boxwood in my yard this summer just so that I can make wreaths at Christmastime. BUT, they’re small right now, so they could spare a couple of branches being cut, but not a full, lush wreath. And actually, I love how dainty and small this turned out. So, here’s how to make one:
String or Wire (wire works best)
Take the clippings and just start attaching them with the string or wire (wire would work best, but string was what I had) around the hoop. It’s literally that simple! In some of the more stubborn places, I used a little hot glue to help keep it tacked down.
Trim it up to get the look you want, and that’s it. Easy as pie!!
Be sure to check out what the other ladies are sharing today!
And now it’s your turn! We want to see what you’ve got going on around your house for the Holidays!
