Tis the season of Fall Home Tours. I’m not doing a big, “official” home tour this year, but tomorrow I’m joining Ella Claire and a group of other talented bloggers for a Fall Vignette and Printable hop and I’m excited to show you what I’ve come up with. But before the pretty stuff tomorrow, today I’ve got a little extra one for you that ended up on the “cutting room floor” so to speak.
My husband thought I was so weird last year when I wrote “let’s get cozy” on our chalkboard, but it’s basically my favorite thing about fall, so this year, I turned it into a print. Then…I couldn’t really find anywhere in my house to hang it, you know, that whole paring things down thing I mentioned the other day. But I figured why let it go to waste.
For hanging, I just used some strips of wood from the wood-working aisle at Hobby Lobby and some twine. To put it together, I cut the pieces of wood down to size, stained them, glued them to the print with hot glue, and then drilled some holes through each end of the top piece and threaded some twine through. Quick, simple Fall decor. I printed mine on legal size paper, but I’ve linked a regular 8.5 x 11 here for you as well.

And I’ll leave you with a little peek of what’s coming tomorrow.
